Emailed a picture of my ticket into their office, think it was within an hour Trevor L. Ferguson called to have a brief discussion with me regarding the ticket, he told me what my options were if I was to hire him, and he was straight forward on his cost and the cost the ticket would be after his fee, by end of day my mind was at ease, no stuffy courtrooms, no parking meters, just tv and dinner with my son… Excellent service!
